Job Description

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Process Associates. In this role, you will support our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations through efficient and accurate task handling. Your responsibilities will include:

·        Compiling and analyzing data
·         Generating reports
·         Ensuring quality assurance

·       Collaborating with internal teams, including BPO specialists, analysts, and supervisors, to exchange information, resolve queries, and address issues

Job Responsibilities

Data Compilation and Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyse data to support BPO operations.

Report Generation: Create detailed and accurate reports based on data analysis.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all data and reports meet the company's quality standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to provide information, resolve queries, and address operational issues.

Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to data handling and report generation
